tie-ins

tie-ins
Tie-ins may take many forms, but commonly involve the requirement to buy other products or services as a condition of supply of the required product or service. They are generally considered to be anti-competitive and are subject to scrutiny by UK and EU competition authorities especially if one of the participants is in a dominant position.
