AGM season

AGM season
The time period (generally in the spring) when UK public companies report to shareholders on how their money is being spent. All UK listed companies (listed company) must hold an annual general meeting (AGM) where they present their reports and accounts to shareholders and where directors answer questions on the company's business activities.
