DAC Report
The Departmental Advisory Committee on Arbitration (DAC) produced two reports – a substantial report on the Arbitration Bill, dated February 1996, and a shorter supplementary report on the Arbitration Act 1996, dated January 1997. The reports are used by the English courts as aids to interpreting the Arbitration Act 1996.
