ET3
1) The form that an employer will have to complete that sets out its defence against a claim of discrimination by an employee.
An ET3 was originally referred to as an IT3.
2) A form produced by the employment tribunal service in which a respondent sets out their defence to a claim or claims brought against them in an employment tribunal. Since 1 October 2005 respondents are required to use a version of the form known as a response form.
