Employment Tribunal rules
Employment tribunal procedure is currently governed by the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004. Schedule 1 to the Regulations contains the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure, known as the Employment Tribunal rules.
