NASDAQ Europe

NASDAQ Europe
Formerly known as EASDAQ, NASDAQ Europe was a subsidiary of the NASDAQ Stock Market. It operated on a pan-European basis, with a unified structure including a single rulebook, a single membership, a dedicated trading platform, and a link to low cost, cross-border trading and settlement.
At a meeting held on 26 June 2003, the shareholders of NASDAQ Europe voted to discontinue operations of the market and the market closed on 30 November 2003.
