Part VI Rules
(also Part 6 Rules) The collective term for the Listing Rules, Prospectus Rules, Disclosure Rules, Transparency Rules and corporate governance rules (under section 89O of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA)) which refers to the Part of FSMA under which they were made.
