relevant agreement
In the Working Time Regulations 1998, a workforce agreement, a collective agreement whose terms have been incorporated into the worker's contract, or any other agreement in writing (typically a contract of employment) which is legally enforceable as between workers and their employer. It is possible to amend certain rights granted by the Regulations in a relevant agreement.
