Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits
(UCP)
Produced by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), an international set of rules governing the rights and obligations of traders and banks under letters of credit. The most recent edition is the UCP 600, the successor to the UCP 500, which came into effect on 1 July 2007.
