International Securities Lending Association (ISLA)

The trade association representing the common interests of participants in the securities lending industry.
It publishes the Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (GMSLA) which is the standard form agreement used in securities lending transactions. The latest version of the GMSLA was published in January 2010, superseding the earlier 2009 and 2000 versions.
ISLA's members include pension funds, insurance companies, banks and custodians.
