Form F-3
USA
A short-form registration statement that can be used by foreign private issuers that meet certain company and transaction requirements established by the SEC. Form F-3 consists primarily of the specific transaction information. Form F-3 allows incorporation by reference of certain required information about the company from documents previously filed with or furnished to the SEC pursuant to the Securities Act or the Exchange Act.
