Best Value Performance Indicators
Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPI)
England, Wales
Until April 2008 BVPIs provided a rounded view of local authority performance delivery by monitoring the progress of local authorities; allowing authorities to compare their performance with other local authorities and providing residents with information about how their local authority has been performing. The National Indicator Set (NIS) replaced BVPIs in April 2008.
