De Minimis Exemption Regulation

De Minimis Exemption Regulation
England, Wales
An exemption whereby public funding up to EUR200,000 awarded explicitly as de minimis funding over a rolling three year fiscal period to any single recipient undertaking is automatically judged not to have an impact on intra-Community trade and competition. This means no notification to the EC is required. De minimis funding can be given for virtually any purpose (including operating costs) and is not project-related.
