HM Courts Service is an executive agency of the UK Ministry of Justice. It provides administrative support for many of the courts in England and Wales. The site includes current case lists before the courts, selected recent judgments, forms and leaflets, practice directions and notices for a number of courts and links to other sites with legal information.
