registration of company

registration of company
the standard method of setting up a company at the present day. After delivering various documents (e.g. the memorandum of association signed by at least two members, a statutory declaration that the requirements of the Companies Acts have been complied with) to the Registrar of Companies, the Registrar will then enter the name of the company in the company's register and issue a certificate of incorporation.
