Company Rules

Company Rules
Works or company rules may be put on a poster or made available to employees as a booklet. They should preferably be variable at the employer's discretion so should not form part of the employment contract. Their status and the ramifications of any breach of a particular rule should be made clear i.e. whether they are mere guidance or whether the breach may lead to disciplinary action.
