discriminatory pricing

discriminatory pricing
If an undertaking imposes pricing which unfairly discriminates between customers, an aggrieved customer may be in a position to complain under UK/EU competition laws (i.e. Competition Act 1980 and the Treaty of Rome). This is particularly the case where the party imposing the differential pricing is in a dominant position.
