• The appointment process during the selection of the arbitration panel.
• The parties' objections to the arbitrators.
• Problems that arise during the arbitral proceedings.
• The collection of fees to compensate arbitrators.
• Discovery requests.
• Subpoenas for documents or witnesses.
• Arrangements for a timely award.
