The beneficial owner of a security includes any person who directly or indirectly, through any contract or other arrangement, has or shares voting or investment power with respect to such security. A person or entity may be the beneficial owner of a security even though title may be in another name (commonly referred to as the "street name"). There may be more than one beneficial owner of a single security.
