Some institutional shareholders (for example, pension funds, insurance companies) and investor bodies (such as ABI and NAPF) have issued their own guidelines (for example, Morley, Legal & General, and Hermes) outlining their approach to various issues including corporate social responsibility, corporate governance and executive remuneration.
