modified GP

modified GP
A two-stage statutory grievance procedure under the Employment Act 2002, which involves:
• The employee's written grievance.
• The employer's written response.
It may be used instead of the standard grievance procedure where the employee has left employment and has agreed in writing with the former employer to use the modified GP in respect of the grievance.
