Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority

Occupational Pensions Regulatory Authority
The statutory UK regulator established by the Pensions Act 1995 and replaced by the Pensions Regulator in April 2005. The role of OPRA was to enforce the provisions of that Act and it had wide ranging powers.
