rolled up interest

rolled up interest
Interest calculated on development finance advanced by the fund during the course of the project. Typically interest will be compounded quarterly and added to the total development costs (hence the phrase "rolled up"), to be deducted later on when calculating the developer's profit payment at the end of the project.
