Project Review Group
Project Review Group (PRG)
A body established by HM Treasury to oversee the approval process for local authority PFI projects that receive government support. The PRG is the "gatekeeper" for the delivery of PFI credit funding to the local authority PFI programme. The PRG comprises a panel of experts selected for their knowledge of PFI and is chaired by HM Treasury.
