deliverable state

deliverable state
goods are only in a deliverable state if they are in the state required by the actual contract between the parties. This does not necessarily coincide with the apparent meaning of the phrase and is dictated by the terms of the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Thus, goods would only need to be parcelled if this was a term of the contract express or implied.
