deregulation

deregulation
the process of revising laws and regulations to ensure that they help more than they hinder. This idea may be given force of law and power delegated to ministers based on information received from task forces to substitute cumbersome rules with clearer ones or to repeal unnecessary restraints. It is likely that the House or Houses of Parliament will control the exercise by way of a deregulation committee.
