immigration appeal

immigration appeal
an appeal may be made against refusal to enter the UK, against conditions of leave to enter and remain, against decisions in respect of deportation orders and against directions for removal. The appeal lies in the first instance to an adjudicator and thence to an Immigration Appeals Tribunal (although, exceptionally, the appeal may go direct to the Tribunal).
