Currently Court form N265 (Commercial court form N265 (CC)) – a form in which parties to civil proceeding state which relevant documents they have or have had within their control which they have located following a reasonable search. The List contains separate parts for: documents which the party presently has, and will allow his opponent to inspect; documents which a party currently has, but in respect of which he claims a right or duty to withhold inspection, and documents which he has had but no longer has. Parties need to state where they searched for documents (including electronic data) and explain any ways in which they limited their searches. The List must be verified by a disclosure statement.
